From chaos to clarity.
After years working across creative teams, startups, and operations, including time at Canva, I kept seeing the same thing. Businesses weren't struggling because they lacked talent or ambition. They were struggling because their systems hadn't kept up.
Work scattered across too many tools. Processes living in one person's head. Founders spending hours on tasks a well-built system would handle automatically.
That's the gap I work in. Through Work Well with Rosey, I help businesses move from reactive and messy to structured and scalable; designing systems and automations built around how they actually work.
